#1 – You’ll be learning a form of self-defense. You’ll be learning proper distance, timing, balance, technique, combinations that are effective, etc.

#2 – You’ll be getting in great cardiovascular shape (your heart and arteries).

#3 – You’ll be keeping your body healthy and strong so that you can enjoy life to the fullest.

#4 – This is a GREAT routine for your abs and core!

#5 – You’ll be exercising with a purpose, not just pushing yourself to expend energy like most machines, jogging, etc.

#6 – It’s fun!  You’re working so hard that its hard to really call it “fun”, but you’ll like it, which is important. Music is an important part of the equation here too. You’ll be playing your favorite tunes, which will help keep you going.

You’ll be busy concentrating on technique, and visualizing striking an opponent, and constantly trying to improve your strikes, balance, power, speed, fluidity, etc.  It removes the drudgery from your exercise.

#7 – It’s efficient. You’re doing everything at once: aerobics, fat loss, strengthening, flexibility, abs/core, learning self defense, etc, all in one 45-minute workout.

#8 – It can be done at home, so its convenient. You’ll have a program you can use for the rest of your life, and you won’t have to join a gym, travel and park at one, etc. It saves a lot of time.

#9 – If you need to lose weight, there is no better method. All of your muscles are being used, so you’re burning fat like a machine. And your bone density will increase too, like with any weight-bearing exercise.

#10 – It’s easy. Everything is written out. There is no guesswork. There is no wondering if you’re on the right track. You won’t be forgetting techniques or only using a few over and over again because that’s all you can remember.

You don’t have to worry about becoming bored or not being able to think about what to do during the workout. All that mental energy being used about what strike to throw next is what kills most people.
